Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping, freight, delivery, assembly, installation, and other disclosed charges are added at checkout or on an approved quote. Promotions may have separate conditions and may not be combined. We may correct typographical, pricing, availability, or product information errors before shipment. If a correction materially affects an accepted order, we will contact you and provide any cancellation or refund rights required by law.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. We may verify payment, identity, delivery address, fraud screening, product availability, and supplier acceptance before accepting or fulfilling an order. Our Shipping Policy is incorporated into these Terms. Fulfillment methods, shipping origins, carriers, delivery services, and installation options vary by product and may involve separate shipments. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Freight delivery may be curbside unless another service is purchased and confirmed. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, ensuring safe access, ensuring site readiness, and being available for the scheduled delivery.

Our Return and Refund Policy and product-specific terms are incorporated into these Terms. Cancellation requests may be submitted within 24 hours after ordering, but cancellation is not guaranteed after the manufacturer's processing begins. Product-specific restrictions disclosed before purchase control when they differ from the general policy, subject to rights that cannot be waived.

Inspect freight deliveries and promptly report visible damage, shortages, wrong items, or suspected defects. Any available manufacturer warranty varies by product and may require troubleshooting, photographs, serial numbers, service, or replacement parts. Coverage is not promised unless confirmed for the specific product. Nothing in these Terms limits nonwaivable warranties or remedies under applicable law, including applicable Massachusetts warranty protections.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. Transactional messages may be sent about orders, deliveries, returns, security, and customer service. Marketing messages are sent only as permitted by law and applicable preferences.

The website's original text, graphics, layout, branding, and other content are owned by or licensed to WisDou Logistics LLC and protected by applicable law. No license is granted except the limited right to use the website for personal, noncommercial shopping and account purposes.

The website may use or link to services operated by manufacturers, carriers, payment providers, financing providers, analytics providers, and other third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for a third party's independent acts or content, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an 'as available' basis, and we disclaim warranties relating solely to uninterrupted website access or error-free digital operation. We do not disclaim warranties or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WisDou Logistics LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from website use. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.

Nothing here prevents either party from using a court or remedy available under applicable law.
